Preparation and planning are the keys to eating well and staying active. We really have to look at our day and see where we spend our time. If there is any "free" time like TV watching, then we have time to live a healthy lifestyle! And the best thing about being tired from being more active is we get more energy when we eat and live well! So it all balances out.
