Here are some really good options that I try to eat weekly when in season
Red: apples, cherries, tomatoes, red peppers, radishes, watermelon, beets, blood oranges, cranberries, raspberries, red potatoes, strawberries
Orange/yellow: carrots, butternut squash, yellow potatoes, squash in general, tomatoes, yellow peppers, mangoes, peaches, papayas, oranges, grapefruit
Green: spinach, green peppers, kale, broccoli, greens in general, asparagus, avocados, green cabbage, peas, zucchini, pears, apples, grapes, mangoes, green beans, kiwi fruit, artichoke and hearts
Blue/purple: blackberries, blueberries, grapes, red cabbage, purple potatoes, dates, raisins, prunes, plums, eggplant, grapes, purple peppers
